Why It Matters
More Than Care — It’s Confidence and Comfort

Continence is more than a clinical issue—it’s a quality-of-life issue. Left unaddressed, it can lead to discomfort, social withdrawal, and even long-term health problems

At Caremmunity, we believe everyone deserves to feel confident, supported, and respected in their daily lives. We take a holistic approach, supporting clients not just with products and plans, but with care that considers their goals, routines, and overall wellbeing.

Our nurse-led model ensures assessments are clinically sound and truly client-centred. We don’t take shortcuts. We take the time to get it right.

Continence care can be complex—but it doesn’t have to be. With the right guidance, the right team, and the right plan in place, clients can enjoy greater independence and peace of mind. That’s the Caremmunity.

Yes, absolutely. We assist with all aspects of funding—whether it’s NDIS, CAPS, or Home Care Packages. Our team can help you understand your options, navigate paperwork, prepare quotes, and complete service agreements, so you can access the support you need with confidence and ease.

What happens during a continence assessment?

A continence assessment is a private, respectful conversation with one of our experienced Nurse Continence Specialists. We’ll ask about your current needs, daily routine, and health background to understand your continence challenges and goals.

From there, we create a personalised continence Management plan and suggest the right products and supports to suit your goals, lifestyle and funding.

No. While we support older Australians through Aged Care funding, we also work with people of all ages who are funded through the NDIS.

Our services are tailored to the individual—not their age. Whether you’re a young adult living with a disability or an older person looking for better continence care, we’re here to help.

We offer ongoing product supply that’s tailored to your individual needs and funding arrangement. Most clients receive products on a fortnightly or monthly basis, depending on what’s most convenient for them.

We also provide product sampling during the assessment and planning stages, so you can try recommended options before committing to a full order.

Our team will guide you in choosing the right products for comfort, reliability, and suitability—and ensure they’re delivered discreetly and on time, 52 weeks a year.

Caremmunity isn’t just a service provider—we’re a care partner you can trust. What sets us apart is our commitment to dignity, respect, personalisation, and clear communication. Our work is grounded in our core values, which guide everything we do:

  • Dignity First – We treat every client with empathy and respect

  • Personalised Care – Tailored plans that reflect individual needs and goals

  • Clarity & Simplicity – Making continence care and funding easy to understand

  • Collaboration – Working closely with care teams and families

  • Integrity – Doing what we say, and always putting people first

  • Accessibility – Reaching clients wherever they are, without barriers
